There is no set method for using Your Nation's Voice (YNV), but the following sequence is the way most readers will use the site.
1. Read one of our articles to raise your awareness. If you're ready to provide your comments on an article, scroll to the end and enter them.
2. If you want to learn a little more before you respond to an article, use our web links (INFOLINX, NEWSLINX, MORELINX in the left sidebar) to visit other information sites to read more about a particular topic.
3. Revisit the article, scroll to the end and give an opinion. You can respond directly to the article or respond to someone else's feedback. You can monitor the article for a few days to see what others think about your ideas. Hopefully, readers will read and consider all reasonable opinions and then form their own.
4. If you are passionate about an article and believe it is of national importance, after you've researched the topic, had some dialog with your co-readers, etc., go to MORELINX and select "Contact Congress" or "Contact the Whitehouse". Voice your opinion to the leadership of our country by emailing your Senator, Representative or even the President. Remember, they work for you!
Some day in the near future, the power of the internet will drastically change the way we interface with our leaders. This is our small way of doing something to promulgate change. Join us now and make your voice heard!
NOTE: If you know of online resources for information that is pertinent to what we're doing at YNV, click Email Me in the right sidebar and send me the URL of the site and its general purpose. Both readers and I will be appreciative.
